Brian Marshall

Brian is a successful entrepreneur and business coach with more than three decades of experience producing dramatic business results for start-ups as well as small and mid-size companies in the manufacturing, professional services, technology and financial service industries. In 2022 he became the Cofounder and CRO of StrategyX, a global SaaS company headquartered in Singapore.
Prior to that, he founded TGP in 2014 based on his desire to help business owners and professional teams become High-Performing, as well as to guide them beyond business and financial success.
In previous roles, he cofounded a Chicago-based professional services and advanced planning firm Momentum Strategic Advisors, and in 2006, he and a partner started the Alliance for Strategic Advantage, a sales training and management consultancy. Throughout his work in business, Brian has held leadership positions responsible for all aspects of business operations in roles ranging from CEO, CIO, VP of Operations, and Sales Leadership. As Chief Information Officer of a publicly traded company, Brian received an AITP Chicago “CIO of the Year” Award in 2000. He currently serves on several boards for companies across the country.

John Gezik
Entrepreneur and Growth Strategist at Transformational Growth Partners (TGP)
John has been a self-employed entrepreneur ever since he left his corporate position at a large utility company in 2001. His journey includes starting, owning and operating several successful businesses along the way, ranging from technology services to environmental remediation and indoor air quality testing services.
During the preparation to sell his most recent company, he immersed himself in the Value Builder system and currently coaches other business owners how to increase the value of their business and make it more attractive to potential buyers. After 20 + years of doing sales for his own businesses, he now coaches owners how to create a recurring revenue model and make work "optional" regardless of if they choose to sell.
John also coaches senior executive teams of $50M+ companies on how to handle internal conflict between team members, how to effectively communicate and hold each other accountable, and build strategies and implement growth plans to achieve company objectives. John is a certified StrategyX Implementer and Certified Value Builder.
